Job Description
Sami + Co., a People + Culture consultancy is looking for an innovative, creative business developer to engage with and close client contracts related to Employee Engagement, Compensation + Total Rewards.
The incumbent must be self-motivated, experienced in sales, business development, and CRM management. Must have basic knowledge of People + Culture (progressive Human Resources / Human Capital) concepts and strategies. Former Recruitment and/or Business Partnership experience a strong asset!
In this role, you are your own boss and are focused on achieving results. Compensation is based on results achieved.
Position is a ROWE (Results Only Work Environment) model. 100% Autonomy = 100% Accountability.

Business Development guru who has a passion for conscious business! You love what you and you recognize your talents as a contribution to your purpose. You take a collaborative approach towards relationships. You are seasoned in closing heart-mattered projects that support the evolution of human kind, and the World as a whole. You get people and you get that work doesn't just involve making a pay cheque. Work is about achieving goals that support growth and innovation.
Additional Information
