Nous recherchons un Analyste d'affaires système (BSA) Guidewire - ClaimCenter afin de rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Québec ou de Montréal dans le cadre d'un poste permanent.
Ce poste est en mode télétravail.
Agissant à titre de conseiller / consultant de Chrome Technologies, le candidat interviendra auprès de nos clients dans la réalisation des projets qu'ils nous ont confiés.
À titre d'Analyste d'affaires système (BSA) Guidewire, vous vous joindrez à une équipe contribuant à un programme stratégique de transformation en assurance de dommages. Vous participerez à l'évolution des solutions Guidewire en agissant comme lien entre les équipes d'affaires et les équipes technologiques. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les partenaires d'affaires, les développeurs, les architectes et les spécialistes qualité afin de définir, documenter et mettre en oeuvre des solutions répondant aux besoins de l'organisation. Vous contribuerez à l'analyse des processus, à la définition des exigences et à l'amélioration continue des solutions et des pratiques de livraison. Vous participerez activement à la réalisation des initiatives Guidewire dans un environnement Agile en veillant à l'alignement entre les besoins d'affaires, les solutions proposées et les objectifs organisationnels.
Plus spécifiquement, vous serez amené(e) à :
- - Agir comme intermédiaire entre les équipes d'affaires et les équipes technologiques afin de recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins d'affaires et fonctionnels
- - Participer à l'analyse des processus d'affaires et recommander des solutions visant à améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et la valeur d'affaires
- - Traduire les besoins d'affaires en récits utilisateurs, règles d'affaires, spécifications fonctionnelles et autres livrables nécessaires à la réalisation des solutions
- - Préparer les analyses d'impacts, diagrammes de processus et documentation fonctionnelle permettant de soutenir la conception et la livraison des solutions
- - Collaborer avec les développeurs, spécialistes qualité, architectes et partenaires d'affaires tout au long du cycle de livraison afin d'assurer une compréhension commune des besoins et des solutions
- - Participer à l'analyse, à la conception, à la planification et à l'implantation des solutions Guidewire
- - Contribuer à la définition des cas d'essais et soutenir les activités de validation fonctionnelle et d'acceptation utilisateur
- - Assurer le suivi des incidents, demandes d'évolution et problématiques fonctionnelles en collaboration avec les équipes concernées
- - Participer à la résolution des enjeux de production et au soutien des utilisateurs lorsque requis
- - Participer activement aux cérémonies Agile et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus, des pratiques et des méthodes de livraison.
- - Baccalauréat en administration, informatique, systèmes d'information ou dans une discipline appropriée
- - Un minimum de huit (8) ans d'expérience pertinente en analyse d'affaires ou en analyse fonctionnelle, dont cinq années comme analyste d'affaires systèmes (BSA) et avec la plateforme Guidewire - ClaimCenter
- - Expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance de dommages
- - Expérience dans la collecte, l'analyse et la documentation des exigences d'affaires et fonctionnelles
- - Expérience dans la rédaction de récits utilisateurs, de spécifications fonctionnelles, de règles d'affaires et d'analyses d'impacts
- - Expérience dans la livraison de projets en mode Agile et dans la préparation et l'exécution des essais fonctionnels et d'acceptation utilisateur
- - Détenir une certification ACE Guidewire
- - Connaissance du français nécessaire
- - Maitrise de l'anglais de niveau avancé en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des partenaires ou membres et client(e)s anglophones
- - Connaissances avancées des concepts d'intégration applicative ainsi que des technologies REST/SOAP, XML et JSON
- - Connaissances avancées des processus d'affaires en assurance de dommages
- - Connaissance des outils de collaboration et de gestion tels que JIRA, Confluence, Visio et la suite Microsoft Office
- - Connaissances des processus de souscription, de facturation ou de réclamations en assurance de dommages
