Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst

Our client is a major Asset Manager undergoing a project to improve middle office reporting. They are looking for an Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst for an initial term of 2-3 months [until the end of 2026]. There is expectation of extensions as they work through budgets now. ***This is an in-office role 4 days per week
As the Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst, you are responsible for database management and query using python or SQL to extract data, etc. You are also responsible for the analysis and data [including reconciling out data and testing to make sure reports are accurate], and developing reporting using BI [Power BI or Tableau] for ongoing automation of reporting.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
- Strong database skills [SQL / python]
- Strong BI skills [Power BI / Tableau]
- Good knowledge of reporting for various financial products
