Position Description
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a client office (Downtown) at a minimum 4 days per week subject to change at any time. 

Your future duties and responsibilities
Lead business systems analysis activities for enterprise Payments and data transformation initiatives within the Banking domain.
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements, translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Perform data analysis, data mapping, data lineage, and data governance activities to ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across enterprise systems.
Analyze and document ISO 20022 payment schemas, message structures, and data relationships to support Payments modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, data engineers, and QA teams to design and deliver scalable business solutions.
Support the implementation and enhancement of Payments solutions, including EFT/ACH, Wire Payments, SWIFT, Real-Time Payments (RTR), and ISO 20022 initiatives.
Create and maintain process flows, data flow diagrams, business rules, and requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and requirements traceability, ensuring delivered solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Conduct impact analysis, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, production readiness, and post-deployment support.
Contribute to enterprise data governance initiatives and collaborate on cloud-based data platform solutions using technologies such as Azure Data Services, Databricks, Snowflake, and data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Microsoft Purview where applicable.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must Have Skills:

1.    5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services.
2.    Strong experience in data analysis, data mapping, data lineage, and data governance.
3.    Awareness of ISO 20022 Payments schemas and relationship structures
4.    Experience documenting business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
5.    Knowledge of Payments domain (EFT/ACH, Wires, RTR, ISO 20022, SWIFT).
6.    Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
7.    Experience supporting SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and traceability.
8.    Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and data engineers.
9.    Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have
1.    Experience with Azure Data Services, Databricks, Snowflake, or cloud based data platforms.
2.    Knowledge of Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, or other data governance tools.

*CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
