Nous cherchons des Agents Méthodes , pour le compte de notre partenaire , Leader Mondial de l’industrie aéronautique situé à Montréal .
En tant qu’ Agent Méthodes – Mécanique , vous serez responsable de créer, structurer et maintenir les instructions de travail, séquences d’assemblage et documents de fabrication pour les modules mécaniques utilisés dans nos simulateurs de vol civils et militaires. En vous appuyant sur les modèles CAD 3D, vous définirez des méthodes claires, sécuritaires et optimisées afin d’assurer une exécution cohérente et de haute qualité en production.
Responsabilités
- Développer, maintenir et optimiser les instructions de travail mécaniques, y compris les séquences d’assemblage, schémas, illustrations et exigences outillage.
- Utiliser les modèles CAD 3D (CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.) pour analyser les assemblages mécaniques, extraire des vues, définir les étapes et valider la faisabilité manufacturière.
- Documenter les meilleures pratiques d’assemblage mécanique : alignement, serrage, positionnement, étanchéité, ajustements, tests fonctionnels, etc.
- Collaborer avec l’ingénierie mécanique pour clarifier les conceptions et recommander des améliorations manufacturières.
- Gérer les changements aux instructions de travail via le processus de contrôle des changements (PLM/ERP).
- Agir comme administrateur PLM pour les documents manufacturiers liés aux instructions mécaniques.
- Travailler avec les équipes de fabrication, qualité et intégration pour résoudre les enjeux mécaniques liés aux séquences d’assemblage.
- Documenter les retours manufacturiers et améliorer la standardisation et la répétabilité des processus.
- Participer à l’évolution vers l’Industrie 4.0 (numérisation, visualisation 3D, instructions électroniques).
Qualifications
- DEC en génie mécanique, conception ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en méthodes ou en développement d’instructions de travail mécaniques.
- Maîtrise des plateformes CAD mécaniques et capacité à analyser des assemblages complexes.
- Connaissance des outils Windchill PLM, MPMLink, PLM Configurator.
- Expérience avec ERP et gestion de routings (Oracle).
- Conformité Controlled Goods (et idéalement ITAR).
- Bilinguisme français/anglais.
