Analyst Role in Venture Capital Team

Join BDC Capital as a Venture Capital Analyst and play a vital role in strategic analysis and portfolio management. This position requires strong data management skills to support operational objectives. As part of the Operations & Strategy team, you will facilitate insights into BDC Capital’s VC/PE investments. The Analyst will prepare reports for executive leaders, assist in corporate planning, and enhance portfolio performance through data integrity management. Your expertise will directly influence investment strategies across sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed executive analysis and briefing notes
- Develop business metrics and reporting tools
- Participate in corporate planning forecasts
- Manage investment administration tasks
- Maintain data integrity across financial systems
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; CFA or CPA preferred
- 3–5 years of related experience in finance or consulting
- Excellent analytical and financial skillset
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual communication skills
