Lightspeed Senior Financial Analyst Role

Elevate your career at Lightspeed as a Senior Financial Analyst in North America, specializing in cash flow forecasting and reporting. Enhance financial insights while working closely with management and finance stakeholders. In this role, you will report directly to the Corporate Controller while orchestrating the cash flow forecasting process. You will be responsible for providing clear variance analysis, optimizing budgeting, and collaborating with multiple finance teams. Your analytical prowess and familiarity with financial systems will drive critical projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare quarterly cash flow reports
- Analyze and reconcile cash flow forecasts with actuals
- Work with FP&A to maintain cash flow budget alignment
- Build financial models and improve reporting tools
- Support Finance team with ad-hoc analysis and projects
- 3+ years in financial analysis or accounting roles
- CPA required or in process of obtaining
- Extensive knowledge of cash flow drivers and financial statements
- Experience with Pigment or equivalent systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
