Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Team

Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft all contract documents
• Provide legal advice on commercial agreements
• Maintain legal risk registers for compliance
• Prepare internal documentation and correspondence
• Answer queries on legal matters effectively
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification
• At least 10 years of relevant legal experience
• Minimum 3 years of post-admission practice in Ontario
• Proven skills in engineering, construction, or consulting
• Strong research and advisory capabilities
