Strategic Sales Director for Hotel

Transform guest experience as the Strategic Director of Sales at our hotel. You'll ensure operational efficiency and lead marketing efforts to enhance service delivery. As a full-time leader, you will be responsible for managing hotel sales operations and coordinating marketing strategies to elevate occupancy. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to tackle operational challenges with a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate high levels of guest satisfaction through service excellence
- Manage and optimize revenue generation activities
- Work with vendors for efficient supply procurement
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives to attract guests
- Lead weekly sales calls to strengthen partnerships
- Demonstrated experience in hotel sales management
- Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
- Excellent communication for enhancing guest relations
- Proficiency in sales management systems and MS Office
