You will lead internal fleet operations, supervise yard staff, maintain rigorous inventory procedures, and oversee daily shipping activities.

- Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, internal inventory controls, and operational KPIs

- Utilize an ERP system to coordinate shipping timelines, load sequencing, and transportation records
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding delivery expectations while ensuring rigorous documentation
Qualifications- Proven background in logistics supervision, inventory management, and fleet coordination
- Hands-on proficiency using an ERP system
- Comprehensive knowledge of transportation regulations, including Hours-of-Service standards
- Demonstrated strength in clear communication, procedure enforcement, and team accountability
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in large product shipment
