CRM specialist program/website developer

Job Description

We are hiring a CRM specialist and program/website developer in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Your responsibility is to design, implement and maintain CRM systems while developing custom programs to streamline our operations and boost efficiency. Ideal candidates have proven experience with CRM platforms and databases, strong programming skills in languages such as python, JavaScript and a knack for integrating systems and AI Program eg. Claude, Strong English language skills a well as Leadership and organizational skills. Must be fluent in English. We offer competitive pay and stock/share options.

You'll design and enhance solutions that help businesses operate more effectively by:

Developing and customizing solutions within:

- CRM platforms
- ERPNext / Frappe (Must have a good understanding and experience)
- Building integrations between CRM, ERP, EDI, eCommerce, accounting, marketing, and third-party platforms
- Creating APIs, webbooks, middleware solutions, and automation workflows
- Developing reporting and business intelligence solutions using SQL
- Leveraging modern AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve quality and efficiency
- Maintaining source code through GitHub and established development practices
- Python and/or JavaScript
- System and application integrations
- AI tools and platforms, such as Claude
- Developing custom programs, automations, or internal business solutions
