As we continue to expand throughout Hamilton and the surrounding area, we are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Home Services Representatives. Responsibilities As a Home Services Representative, you will: * Meet with homeowners and provide friendly, professional customer service * Educate customers about water quality, water treatment, and indoor air quality solutions * Schedule complimentary in-home water and air quality consultations * Assist with customer inquiries and help identify their home service needs * Represent Hydra Pure Group professionally within the community * Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers * Help homeowners make informed decisions about improving their home's indoor environment * Maintain accurate customer and appointment information * Work closely with our customer service, sales, and installation teams What We Offer * Paid training provided * Weekly pay * Performance bonuses * Ongoing coaching and professional development * Opportunities for advancement into leadership, management, and other areas of the company * Modern office facilities * Supportive and team-oriented work environment * Established products, systems, and customer support

Job Details * Job Type: Full-time, permanent * Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year + bonuses * Benefits: Health, dental, and company perks * Location: Hamilton, Ontario * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Weekends/Holidays: No weekends or holidays * Remote Work: This is NOT a remote position We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: * A friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A customer-focused mindset * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * The ability to communicate confidently with homeowners * Strong organizational and time-management skills * A dependable and self-motivated work ethic * Reliable transportation - must have own transportation to get to and from appointments * Legal eligibility to work in Canada * Full-time residency in Canada * Good command of the English Language Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, home services, or appointment-setting experience can be an asset, but industry experience is not required.
