Rate of Pay: $25/hour
Job Type: 3-month contract (with potential to extend)

• Processing a steady volume of accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Clearing existing invoice backlogs to bring vendor accounts up to date
• Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies or matching issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to verify approvals and ensure smooth workflows
• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records through precise data entry
• Proven hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting capacity
• Availability to begin work on September 28 and stay fully committed to the contract length
• Strong data entry skills with an exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively tackle backlogs Summary
