Our client is sourcing a Manager, Private Market Operations for a 10-Month Contract. About the Opportunity
- Oversee the full lifecycle of specialized investment activities, including setup, transaction handling, settlements, and ongoing support functions.
- Review and validate daily activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support and guide team members in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Maintain data integrity across processes and workflows.
- Work with internal and external groups to align processes and improve documentation standards.
- Respond to various requests while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and enhance controls, policies, and procedural documentation.
- Support systems and tools used in daily operations.
- Monitor team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with audit-related activities and provide required support.
- Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
- Support broader team and organizational objectives as needed.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Relevant professional designation is considered an asset.
- Several years of experience in operations within a structured environment.
- Prior experience leading or supporting a team.
- Familiarity with complex investment structures is beneficial.
- Experience with process improvements is an asset.
