Hybrid Senior Talent Development Manager

Lead innovative learning initiatives as a Senior Talent Development Manager in North York's hybrid environment. Enhance organizational capabilities through effective training solutions and collaboration with key leadership. In this full-time, permanent role, you will partner with the VP of People & Culture to execute talent strategies and guide a team of Talent Development Specialists. Your focus will be on designing impactful Leadership Training programs and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the VP, People & Culture
- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Development Specialists
- Develop comprehensive Leadership Training programs
- Assess and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives
- Partner with Change Management for transformation training
- 5–8 years of experience in talent development
- Proven success in program design and execution
- Familiarity with LMS and content authoring tools
- Effective management of stakeholder relationships
- CTDP certification is a plus
