Toronto Senior Development Manager, AI/ML

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Development Manager for its AI/ML Platform in Toronto, Canada. Lead a skilled team to drive the development of innovative AI functionalities. In this pivotal role, you will combine technical leadership with project management to guide a team of developers in creating Autodesk’s next-gen machine learning platform. Your strong AI/ML expertise and proven leadership experience will be critical in achieving technical and organizational objectives, ensuring project success and team motivation. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor developers in AI/ML development and deployment
- Collaborate with management and cloud infrastructure teams
- Drive architecture decisions for scalable systems
- Manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Take part in coding reviews and collaborative problem-solving
- BS/MS in Computer Science or similar
- 12+ years of software development experience, with 3+ in management
- Demonstrated experience in leading AI/ML teams
- Skilled in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with agile methods and CI/CD practices
