Talent Care Group Senior Product Manager
The Talent Care
Drive innovative enterprise products as a Senior Product Manager at Talent Care Group. Own the product vision and strategy while collaborating closely with engineering and design teams. The Talent Care Group is in search of a Senior Product Manager to oversee a large IT platform. This critical role requires extensive product ownership experience while leading cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle. You’ll ensure alignment between engineering, UX, and design, delivering a user-focused product roadmap within complex enterprise dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
- Articulate product vision and strategy for the IT platform
- Manage the product backlog including user stories
- Lead teams across engineering and design disciplines
- Supervise end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture and stacks
- Extensive experience in complex IT product ownership
- Technical fluency for effective engineering engagement
- Proficient in DevOps and Azure platforms
- Proven track record in lifecycle ownership
- Strong skills in communication and stakeholder relationships
