Senior IT Project Manager for Hybrid Role
CAPREIT
CAPREIT seeks a Senior IT Project Manager on a 1-year contract to lead essential technology initiatives. Use your expertise in project management within a hybrid workspace to drive impactful solutions. As the Senior IT Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include developing strong relationships within the company and effectively managing vendor partnerships. The role also demands skilled communication and negotiation to tackle project challenges efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of IT project management
- Cultivate effective relationships within CAPREIT
- Manage vendor contracts, labor sourcing, and strategies
- Communicate project progress to management teams
- Ensure quick resolution of any project issues encountered
- 7+ years of proven project management experience
- Extensive vendor management expertise required
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar fields
- Familiarity with ERP and large-scale IT implementations
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
