Job Responsibility:
*Please note that this position requires bilingual proficiency in English and French. Purpose: To provide front desk support & coverage to the Glendon Housing Office. Education: Completion of High School. Experience: Up to 6 months of related experience. Skills: Successful completion of Health & Safety, Workplace Harassment and other mandatory training required. Knowledge of StarRez, Onity-Integra, Maximo, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Outlook, Point of Sale Terminal are assets. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. good computer skills. accurate data entry skills. strong communication skills to obtain and relay accurate information in a clear and concise manner. exercise initiative and good judgment. good problem-solving skills. ability to work both independently and on a team. flexibility in adapting to changing priorities. ability to handle high work volume and meeting frequent deadlines.
