We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.
· Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
· Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability.
· Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
· Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
· Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed.
· Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
· Schedule space or equipment for special programs and prepare lists of participants.
· Take orders for merchandise or materials and send them to the proper departments to be filled.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office space.
· Always adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of cladding materials or construction industry experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
