Front Desk Support Assistant (Bilingual)

Job Responsibility:

Purpose: The Front Desk Support Assistant provides welcome desk support and clerical support at the Office of Student Affairs, Glendon under the direction of the Director, Student Affairs. Education: High School graduation with training in general office administration or business. Experience: Minimum of 1 year previous experience working in a reception or customer service area. Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Effective organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Additional Notes: Basic French
