B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager

Drive retention and adoption remotely from Toronto as a Customer Success Account Manager for SMB and mid-market B2B SaaS customers.
Own accounts from onboarding through renewal, using relationship building, customer training, and account health tracking. This full-time role supports a platform serving wealth management firms, insurance carriers, and insurance brokers. You will be measured on retention, adoption, and growth while managing accounts typically worth $10K–$200K ARR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own SMB and mid-market accounts through onboarding and renewal
- Run onboarding and training sessions for new customers
- Drive renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities
- Track account health, usage, and early risk signals
- Share customer feedback with Product teams
Requirements:
- Two to four years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Required experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience owning SMB or mid-market account portfolios
- Ability to explain retention, churn, renewal, or expansion KPIs
- CRM or customer success platform experience
