About the Position

Our client, a technology company recognized for its innovative SaaS solutions, is looking for a pre-sales specialist to support its sales team in demonstrating the technical value of its solutions to major accounts and government clients. The incumbent acts as a key link between the sales, technical, and product teams, translating the business needs of potential clients into concrete solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and understand the technical and business challenges of prospects
• Design and present customized product demonstrations tailored to each client's specific needs
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs/RFIs) and prepare the associated technical documentation
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) in collaboration with the technical teams
• Act as a product expert during client meetings, trade shows, and webinars
• Ensure a smooth handover of information to the implementation teams once the sale is closed
• Remain at Monitoring SaaS market trends and competing solutions

Desired Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in the SaaS or technology sector
• Excellent communication and technical explanation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingualism (French/English) (a significant asset, given the North American clientele)
• Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies (an asset)
• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
