Drive transformational change in revenue operations as a Senior Director at McGill University in Sherbrooke. Oversee billing, collection, and compliance for diverse revenue streams including tuition and grants. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice-President of Financial Services, this full time role manages the integration of revenue-related operations. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality services for students, faculty, and external partners.
The position also involves process improvements and compliance with regulations to promote institutional financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution to an integrated Revenue Operations model
- Direct billing, collections, and reconciliation processes
- Oversee sponsored research and grant billing compliance
- Manage revenue-related systems for efficiency
- Provide analysis and reporting on revenue performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience
- Extensive knowledge of financial controls and revenue recognition
- Leadership experience in revenue operations or accounting
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English and French
