Curriculum Administration Officer at McGill

McGill University

Shape the Family Medicine UGME programs at McGill University as a Curriculum Administration Officer. Engage in strategic administration, team leadership, and improve student affairs every day. In this vital role, you will report to the Associate Director and focus on enhancing administrative activities that support Family Medicine's undergraduate medical curriculum. You will tackle problem-solving, advice, and policy development while overseeing recruitment and performance assessments for support staff. Collaborating with the Communications Officer, you will ensure effective communication internally and externally. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic initiatives in UGME programs
  • Provide expertise on student academic issues
  • Analyze and resolve scheduling and registration matters
  • Update curriculum-related publications and websites
  • Support and mentor administrative staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience
  • Experience in educational administration and team oversight
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred
  • Familiarity with university policies and accreditation processes
