Responsibilities
Build & Maintain Relationships: Keep existing clients happy and engaged through regular touchpoints, client calls, and follow-ups with inactive accounts.

Sales & Prospecting: Work with leadership to keep existing business thriving while helping find exciting new client opportunities.

Order & ERP Management: Process client requests, issue and track purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system, and manage stock sourcing with suppliers.

Clear Communication: Serve as the main bridge between your clients and internal teams to make sure expectations are clear and consistently met.

Problem Solving: Efficiently answer client questions, resolve issues, and track orders internally from start to finish.

Qualifications
BILINGUALISM IS ESSENTIAL: MUST BE PROFICIENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH.

Proven Sales & Customer Service Focus: At least 5 years of relevant experience in inside sales, client relations, and active account management.

Education: College diploma (DEC) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Technical Savvy: Highly skilled in MS Office (especially advanced Excel) with hands-on experience using ERP software (knowledge of Epicor is a major plus!).

People & Stress Skills: Outstanding written and spoken communication skills, strong team spirit, and the ability to handle priorities and tight deadlines with grace.

Results-Driven: Great organizational skills with a natural ability to anticipate what a client needs and match them with the right product or solution.
