Lead Senior Credit Analyst Commercial Mortgages

Become a vital part of CMG as a Senior Credit Analyst in Commercial Mortgages. Use your expertise to assess risks and manage comprehensive mortgage portfolios. As a Senior Analyst, you will focus on managing an extensive commercial mortgage portfolio, ensuring alignment with CMG’s growth goals. Your role involves analyzing new mortgage opportunities and collaborating with Originators for optimal client service. You will also focus on maintaining strong client relationships by proactively managing term renewals and contributing to loan profitability through effective risk assessment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial mortgages
- Structure new deals and prepare competitive submissions
- Support client retention through proactive management
- Drive improvements in risk management processes
- Ensure alignment with CMG economic profit goals
- Strong background in Commercial mortgages and credit analysis
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven communication skills with clients and partners
- Experience in portfolio management and risk assessment
- Results-oriented in high-volume settings
