Credit Risk Governance Lead - Full Time

- Assist in managing change initiatives and project impacts
- Lead discussions with auditors and testing teams
- Coordinate project plans and workshops for efficiency
- Identify and prioritize risks and issues proactively
- Ensure adherence to governance checkpoints in model development
- 7+ years governance and risk experience
- Leadership in finance or regulatory programs
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Archer and MetricStream
- Effective verbal and written communication
