Risk Governance Senior Manager at RBC

Lead strategic risk governance for Fraud Management Data Science and AI at RBC in Toronto. Drive innovative risk activities, assessments, and stakeholder collaboration while managing multiple projects. As the Senior Manager of Risk Governance, you will spearhead the development and execution of critical risk assessments such as PARA, PRA, and DRA. This position requires robust leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders and align on priorities. You'll manage third-party engagements and foster collaboration within the Fraud DSA team and the RBC Risk community. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Fraud Management Risk Governance Strategy
- Lead the design and framework execution of Risk Management policies
- Identify risks within DSA processes and create risk management playbooks
- Negotiate stakeholder needs and maintain project priorities
- Influence key product decision points and milestones
- 5+ years in data analytics or similar roles
- Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with risk frameworks and Agile environments
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fraud products and applications
