Senior Manager Governance at RBC

Lead operational risk mitigation in Corporate Real Estate with RBC as a Senior Manager of Governance. Oversee compliance programs and ensure strong control frameworks within the organization. In this 15-month contract role, you’ll be responsible for the Regulatory Compliance Program and operational risk management. Utilizing your 5-7 years of experience in Governance, Operational Risk, or Compliance, you will support the execution of vital operational deliverables. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with various defense teams and maintain the Corporate Real Estate control management program. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the CRE controls and monitoring program
• Collaborate with the 1B and 2nd Lines of Defense
• Manage and maintain risk documentation and compliance programs
• Track and report audit and regulatory compliance issues
• Develop and deliver risk management training to stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent
• 5-7 years in Governance or Operational Risk
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Technical aptitude in system documentation
• Familiarity with financial institutions is a plus
