Our client, a designer and manufacturer of HVAC solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator. Your role combines the coordination and monitoring of development projects and the certification of HVAC products, document management and communicating with stakeholders.

• Support product managers and project teams in coordinating development activities;
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation related to projects and certifications;
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project progress;
• Conduct analyses, prepare and present project monitoring reports to stakeholders;
• Participate in resource planning;
• Organize and coordinate project-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions;
• Manage documentation for product certification files
• Prepare the required documentation for product certifications and certification updates;
• Follow up on applications with certification agencies until authorizations are obtained;
• Support product teams in activities related to regulatory compliance;
• Participate in maintaining and updating existing certifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Administration, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant field;
• At least 5 years of experience coordinating projects in a multidisciplinary, manufacturing, technical, or industrial environment;
• Experience preparing and maintaining technical or regulatory documentation;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proficiency with MS Office, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• French and English (for certification outside Quebec).
