Store Manager (Greater Sudbury)

Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales.

You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

• Build loyal fans by engaging authentically and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
• Implement visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and continuous talent development.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You can demonstrate that you are a results‑oriented leader with at least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment.

You have developed a sense of care in your communication skills both written and verbal, and you can charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.

Your business acumen is sharp, coupled with analytical thinking that delivers positive results.

You are a talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.

Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems is required.

You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is required. The job may involve standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and ensuring timely arrival.
