Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care Services (Greater Sudbury)

In this full-time role based in Sudbury, ON, you will deliver health care services across various age groups. Key Responsibilities

• Offer primary care including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment
• Collaborate with clients on chronic disease interventions
• Conduct procedures and diagnostic testing within scope
• Coordinate mental health support and referrals
• Engage in community health initiatives and workshops

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or recognized NP program
• Valid registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 2 years of NP experience preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Indigenous health initiatives is beneficial
