Technica Mining is hiring an Electrical Supervisor in Sudbury, ON. Lead a skilled team ensuring safe electrical operations and successful project completion. As the Electrical Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of licensed electricians and apprentices, focusing on safety and efficiency. Your management skills will be critical in achieving both maintenance and production targets. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the electrical team effectively
• Ensure safety and efficiency in all electrical work
• Meet production and maintenance targets consistently
• Plan and oversee daily operations based on company standards
• Adhere to safety compliance protocols and standards

Requirements:

• Valid Construction and Maintenance 309a License
• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment evaluations
