Senior Manager, Accounting (6-Month Contract)

Director, Recruitment Services - Finance and Accounting
- About the Opportunity
- Manage the month-end close process for various legal entities.
- Perform month-end review and reporting to the Corporate office.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Coordinate interim and year-end audits for various entities.
- Coordinate, review, and analyze annual operating plans.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Develop and present decks to the senior leadership team.
About You
- Hold a university degree and a professional accounting designation.
- Have at least 7 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Experience managing staff.
- Mandatory experience within the Real Estate sector.
- Experience dealing with complex organizational structures and consolidations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce insightful analysis supporting conclusions.
- High attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
