What will your typical day look like?

What will your typical day look like? As a Senior Consultant on the Strategic Programs team, you own workstreams end-to-end within firm-wide Culture and People initiatives. Acting as an internal consultant, you will turn ambiguous concepts into structured plans, generate insight, develop decision-ready recommendations and work with stakeholders to move ideas into implementation. In this role you will:

 

Responsibilities 

• Bring strategic thinking and innovation: Clarify the question, identify root causes, structure defined or partially defined problems and develop practical options and recommendations with growing independence. Ask thoughtful questions and challenge assumptions constructively. 
• Deliver excellence: Own a workstream end-to-end across planning, execution, timelines, risks, dependencies and quality.
• Follow through to the intended outcome, manage competing priorities and escalate decisions or barriers early. 
• Shape compelling narratives: Build clear and compelling material that synthesizes the “so what”, distilling concepts into digestible content to help leaders understand the issue, choices and recommended path forward. 
• Influence stakeholders: Build credible working relationships across teams, prepare and facilitate meetings and working sessions, incorporate diverse perspectives and support alignment among stakeholders. 
• Provide program leadership: Lead day-to-day workstream delivery within larger programs, coordinate contributors, maintain visibility to actions and dependencies, and connect workstream decisions to the broader program outcome. 
• Bring a future-focused perspective: Build fluency in people strategy, organizational transformation, future of work, data and emerging technology. Translate research and market signals into practical business and people implications, and support the design of solutions where relevant. 
• Make data-driven decisions: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, test assumptions, synthesize insight and use evidence to strengthen recommendations and track intended outcomes. 
• Lead as one team: Contribute to broader team by sharing information, supporting colleagues beyond assigned tasks, seeking and applying feedback, and mentoring peers or junior team members where appropriate. Model ownership, curiosity, reliability and quality. 

About the team

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, program delivery or a related people-focused field. 
• Experience independently owning a workstream and delivering high-quality outputs across multiple stakeholders and tight timelines. 
• Strong problem structuring, research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and written communication skills. 
• Ability to build concise storylines and polished presentations for senior audiences; strong PowerPoint and working Excel capability. 
• Comfort working through ambiguity, learning new subject matter quickly and moving between strategy and detailed execution. 
• A team-first mindset, personal ownership, curiosity, adaptability and openness to feedback.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
