Intercultural Coordinator

Job Responsibility:
- Collaboration and support for innovative teaching and learning projects and initiatives
- Support for TRU staff and service area training pertaining to interculturalization
- Development and delivery of workshops to increase intercultural capacities for students
- Instruction of Student Success courses for the Faculty of Student Development, as required
- Engagement in service, internally and externally, that benefits the department, TRU and the profession
QUALIFICATIONS - PhD or EdD (Preferred) in Education, Anthropology, Sociology, or other relevant field; a Masters with relevant work experience will be considered
- Two years of relevant experience at a post-secondary institution
- Experience mentoring and supporting diverse students
- Experience developing curriculum development for both face-to-face and online delivery
- Demonstrated ability to conduct program/course evaluations
- Demonstrated potential for successful engagement in scholarly activity
