• Develop strategic outreach for sustained partnerships
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable agreement terms
• Design onboarding and training initiatives for partners
• Collaborate across teams for aligned partner campaigns
• Analyze partner performance metrics and recommend improvements Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in B2B sales or partnerships
• Experience in food & beverage or related networks
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
