Senior ALM Director for Banking Solutions

Lead asset and liability management as a Senior Director. Focus on interest rate risk and treasury strategies while fostering teamwork in a hybrid work environment. - Design risk management strategies to mitigate exposures
- Optimize investment strategies in line with risk appetite
- Lead the creation and management of ALM models
- Conduct stress tests to gauge market impact
- Document and adhere to ALM policies effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent
- 15+ years in ALM or risk management
- Extensive knowledge of financial instruments
- Proficient in hedge accounting and risk strategies
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
