Key Responsibilities:
- Review complex mortgage reviews while ensuring compliance
- Guide underwriting staff and resolve departmental challenges
- Lead discussions in New Deal meetings for loan evaluations
- Organize workflow for efficient loan processing
- Communicate with stakeholders for superior service delivery
- 10 years’ mortgage experience with 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of AML/ATF and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams
- Proficient in MS Office and financial statement analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
