Become the Pricing Strategy Director at Trader Interactive. Lead the pricing function, foster innovation, and drive margin expansion in a collaborative team environment. In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead the pricing strategy and execution for the company's diverse products and marketplaces. Your collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations will be essential in establishing governance, optimizing pricing models, and enhancing customer retention through effective pricing initiatives. Build and instill a data-driven culture within the pricing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pricing governance and approval processes
- Lead comprehensive annual pricing planning and analysis
- Develop pricing analytics for insights into margin performance
- Conduct market research to inform competitive strategies
- Manage deal desk for complex pricing arrangements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Business
- 5+ years of progressive pricing experience
- 3+ years in a pricing leadership function
- Expertise in Excel and ERP/BI tools
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
