Administrative Processing Consultant at STO

You'll be responsible for ensuring data integrity and maintaining client records while performing various administrative tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and process client applications
- Maintain comprehensive records for Skilled Trades Ontario clients
- Ensure confidentiality in all data operations
- Perform essential administrative tasks including filing and sorting
- Accurately enter data in compliance with STO policies
- 1-2 years in a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of administrative practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software
- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
- Bilingual in French is considered an asset
