We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support our Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will be a key partner to the CHRO and the HR team, ensuring they are organized, prepared, and set up to operate at their best. You will anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help keep priorities on track in a fast-moving, global environment.
This role is required to be in office a minimum 4 days a week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Executive & Leadership Support
- Manage a complex, global calendar with shifting priorities and competing demands
- Oversee inbox flow, draft communications, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Keep the CHRO focused on the most critical priorities by anticipating needs and removing friction
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Support the CHRO in maintaining strong day-to-day operations of the HR leadership team to ensure they are aligned, prepared, and operating efficiently
- Coordinate meetings (agendas, materials, logistics) and ensure clear follow-up on actions
- Support larger team events/ all hand HR meetings etc. ensuring all logistical aspects are addressed
- Build strong working relationships across the organization, particularly with other Executive assistants to ensure seamless coordination
Communication & Coordination
- Prepare and edit presentations, communications, and briefing materials
- Ensure information flows smoothly between the CHRO, HR leadership team, and broader organization
- Maintain a high level of judgement and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
Travel & Administration
- Coordinate complex international travel, itineraries, and expenses
- Support executive meetings, offsites, and key events
- Provide additional administrative support to the HR leadership team as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Significant experience supporting senior executives (C-suite and prior HR administration support preferred)
- Strong organisational and calendar management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail and follow-through
- Expert level Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- Exposure to workday would be an advantage
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
