Remote Scaled Account Manager at DoiT

Elevate your career as a Remote Scaled Account Manager with DoiT, serving cloud-driven businesses across North America. Focus on managing portfolios of SMB and mid-market accounts while enhancing strategic cloud engagement. At DoiT, you'll be an integral part of our Account Management team, focusing on retaining and expanding customer relationships. Your role involves leveraging data to prioritize accounts, driving retention efforts, and collaborating with various teams to support customer success in their cloud strategies. You will play a vital role in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes through our technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking customer details and opportunities
- Drive retention through proactive engagement and risk assessment
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities for DoiT products
- Collaborate with internal teams on commercial plans
- 2+ years in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- 3+ years in a technology company
- Strong technical engagement skills with teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent operational skills
- Willingness to continuously expand skill sets
