People Partner Role at Maersk

Join Maersk as a People Partner, where you will facilitate HR functions and support organizational objectives through effective employee relations and performance management. This on-site role at Maersk requires you to provide guidance to managers on employee issues while implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You'll conduct investigations, support training programs, and play a pivotal role in the performance management process across sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Support managers with employee-related challenges
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures
- Drive engagement in annual HR cycles and initiatives
- Conduct investigations pertaining to employee issues
- Facilitate training programs for leaders and employees
- 5 years of HR generalist experience required
- Highest proficiency in English; Spanish highly desired
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday
- Strong understanding of Employment Labor Law
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively
