- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and investments
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bill payments and invoice tracking
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment statements
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and summaries
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial planning
- Coordinate with external professionals (e.g., tax advisors, wealth managers, legal counsel)
- Organize and maintain financial documentation and records
- Support tax preparation by gathering and organizing required documentation
- Monitor and manage personal and household expenses
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or personal financial management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience working with high net worth individuals or private households is an asset
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
