- Support financial planning and analysis for a growing, project-based organization by building and maintaining complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Translate financial data into clear insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and monthly management reporting for senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives, monitor market and industry trends, and support data-driven decision making in a capital-intensive, operations-focused environment
- You have 3 years of experience in financial analysis and enjoy turning complex financial data into actionable insights
- You are highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets, financial models, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel
- You communicate financial insights clearly and confidently, collaborating effectively with stakeholders ranging from project teams to senior leadership
Pay Range
$80,000 - $85,000 / year
