About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Contract Employee for our ERP system implementation. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in the successful transition from our current ERP system (Trans4m) to SAP. Your primary focus will be supporting the Materials and Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering departments throughout the implementation process.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Materials and Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering, to ensure a seamless transition to SAP

• Assist in data migration, process mapping, and testing for the respective departments

• Identify and document system requirements, configuration needs, and functional specifications

• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges related to the implementation for the assigned departments

• Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on the new system functionalities and processes. Build and document all work instruction sheets necessary for the team to succeed.

• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to the project manager and department head. And any other duties as required by the General Manager, Project Manager or their designates

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience and previous experience in ERP implementation, specifically SAP and Trans4m
• Proven experience and understanding in all or many of the following business units: Materials and Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering processes and operations
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Proficient in data migration methodologies and testing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
