YOUR ROLE: - Drafting and revising correspondence, various documents, and legal procedures, and ensuring their follow-up;- Formatting letters and documents based on handwritten or dictated texts;- Transcribing dictations;- Reviewing documents and correspondence to verify that they comply with legal procedures and grammatical usage;- Prepare client files (correspondence, supporting documents);- Manage phone calls and lawyers' schedules and follow up on them;- Open, file, track, and organize paper and electronic files.
