• Lead and coach co-workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.
• Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with co-workers.
• Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from62,710CADto86,226CADand will be based on relevant work experience.
